Poncey-Highland

Poncey-Highlandis named after one of  the intersections that define the neighborhood - Ponce de Leon & N. Highland Avenue.Established between 1905 and 1930, Poncey-Highland is bordered by Little Five Points to the east, the Old Fourth Ward and Midtown Atlanta to the west, Inman Park to the south, and Virginia-Highland to the north. The neighborhood is home to the Carter Center & Jimmy Carter Presidential Library.  Another local landmark is Manuel's Tavern established in 1956 is a favorite locals restaurant & political hangout.   You will find a mix of home styles from historic homes to new construction in the neighborhood along with numerous restaurants, shops & Freedom Parkway.    Click here for more information.
