Per Steve Palm who provides the Smart Numbers from FMLS, sees a "moderate trend for a number of single family housing statistics that still point to positive results for June or July (2009)." Inman Park Festival – April 24th, 25th & 26th
This weekend is the 38th Annual Inman Park Spring Festival & Tour of Homes. It's my favorite one. I know I am completely biased because it is my neighborhood but it really does have a lot to offer.
